Terms
and Conditions
1) Booking. A deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer. After receiving your deposit we will send you a confirmation.
2) Balance. The balance must be paid at check-in. The balance is due by cash.
3) Refundable cautionary deposit. When you check-in you will be requested to pay a security deposit that will be refund at check-out, after a member of our staff will have controlled the apartment
4) Cancellation. If you cancel your booking we will be entitled to keep
a percentage of the cost of your stay, as follows:
cancellation 30-21 days before arrival: 30%
20-14 days before arrival: 50%
13-7 days before arrival: 80%
6-0 days before arrival: 100%
5) Personal information. All the information you provide us will be treated
as strictly confidential.
